How we build

Run it ourselves first.

On this site

We label what isn’t finished.

Everything on this site was built for Freestart’s own work before anyone else saw it. That changes how we build.

We use it before we sell it.

Our own teams are the first users. If it doesn’t help them, it doesn’t ship.

In use at Freestart

CallHub, TrainingHub and ProspectHub.

Specify, then build, then review.

Work starts as a written design, then a specification and a plan. It’s built test-first, then reviewed independently by several different AI models and by us before it’s merged.

Review

Disagreements are recorded and settled, not skipped.

The build method: design, then spec, then plan, then build, then review by several models and by us, then merge. ModelModelUs DesignSpecPlanBuildReviewMerge test-firstdisagreements settled

Our own infrastructure.

We run our own servers, with storage that keeps snapshots, a private network between our sites, and off-site backups that can’t be altered. We test restores rather than assume them.

127 → 27127 virtual machines consolidated to 27 workloads per region.
Infrastructure

Our own infrastructure, run over a WireGuard mesh on ZFS.

What we leave out.

We don’t put numbers on this site we can’t stand behind, and we label what isn’t finished.
