The engineering arm of Freestart plc

Software we run our own business on.

In use, in beta, or in development — and we say which.

freestart.ai builds the systems Freestart uses at work: CallHub, TrainingHub and ProspectHub on our sales floor, and PlanningAssist and PlanningConsult for planning questions. Some of it uses AI. All of it was built for our own work first.

What the labels mean

In use at Freestart means our own teams use it at work today. Beta means it's public and still changing. In development means it isn't finished.

A scored sales call in CallHub: the call recording and its transcript split by speaker on the left, section-by-section notes in the middle, and a root-cause note with coaching actions for the rep on the right.
CallHub: a scored call, its transcript and the coaching actions for the rep. Shown with example data.

Calls and recordings in one place.

Transcript, split by speaker, searchable after the call.

Coaching actions for the rep, drawn from the call itself.

Find the right calls. Make them. Get better at them.

Three systems, built for our own sales teams. Each one feeds the next.

The loop

One system, three stages.

Each stage feeds the next. What we learn on calls goes back into who we call and how we coach.

  1. 01ProspectHubFeed the pipeline.Researches and qualifies the next accounts, so every call starts with the research in hand.
  2. 02CallHubScore the calls.Transcribes calls and scores them against the playbook.
  3. 03TrainingHubTrain the gaps.Turns those scores into coaching for each rep.

Better-coached reps, better prospect notes.

Reference library

Calls become the reference library reps train from.

Planning answers from the policy itself.

Planning Handbook publishes planning guidance. These two tools answer from the local plan and national policy, and show their sources.

PlanningAssist

Ask a planning question, get a plain-English answer with its sources.

PlanningConsult

In development

Built the way we’d want to buy it.

We run it ourselves first.

Changes are reviewed by more than one model, and by us, before they ship.

If the evidence isn’t there, the software says so.
